Piclo's Platform Subprocessors

Piclo uses carefully selected third-party suppliers (“Subprocessors”) to help provide the Piclo Platform and related Services. Each Subprocessor is bound by contract to meet data-protection and security standards at least equivalent to Piclo’s own.

Used for real-time error tracking, monitoring, and analytics to improve software performance and troubleshoot issues. It helps in identifying bugs, glitches, or other unexpected behaviours in your application.

Date: 16 Oct 2025
Replacement

Tableau (data visualisation and reporting) removed as a Subprocessor and replaced with Metabase for analytics and dashboarding. Data now processed within the UK/EU.
