Clean Power Alliance (CPA)

The EV SmartCharge program saves residential customers money by charging EVs at home at the right time, every time.

Clean Power Alliance’s Peak Management Pricing (PMP) is a demand response program that helps customers save on their electricity bills and reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by high energy demand on the power grid. PMP encourages customers to power down appliances, electronics, air conditioning or other equipment during peak heat days. Customers earn summer bill credits in return for supporting power grid reliability.

CPA’s Power Response Commercial Leaders Program incentivizes participants to actively reduce their energy use during times of higher than seasonally projected energy demand.

Power Response Smart Home is a year-round energy and cost-saving program for residential CPA customers with eligible smart connected devices. The program unites our communities to save energy when energy demand on the grid is higher than seasonally projected.

Load Serving Entities (LSEs) procure system, local, and flexible RA capacity via bilateral contracts and solicitations from eligible resources, including aggregated DERs and storage.
