Residential customers with qualifying Wi‑Fi thermostats in SCES territory can enroll online or via approved device partners to provide up to 60 hours of demand response per year.

Key details

Participants receive a $65 enrollment bonus plus $65 annual bill credit (or $20 for summer‑only option); No competitive bidding is required.
TVA calls up to 4‑hour thermostat setback events with at least 2‑hour Notice via EnergyHub platform, typically during peak periods.
Annual incentive is paid if the thermostat participates in at least 65% of event hours, verified by telemetry data.
