PowerFlex is an emergency and capacity program designed for facilities with a contracted load of at least 1 MW and a 500 kW annual average on-peak interruptible demand.
Key details
Participants can select the cumulative number of hours your operations curtail energy use during capacity event calls.
Emergency calls are unlimited. Capacity call minimum is two hours, maximum is four hours.
Metered demand during events is compared to contract limits, and credits are adjusted monthly with a year‑end true‑up for missed performance.
