No bidding; participants receive $0.40 per kWh reduced compared with a calculated baseline.
Utility notifies customers day-ahead; events run 1–7 p.m. or 2–6 p.m.; customers lower usage voluntarily.
Rebate credits appear on the next monthly bill based on verified kWh reductions against baseline.
