Key details
Capacity payments: $40/kW (Day Of), $32/kW (Day Ahead). Energy payments: $0.09/kWh.
Day Of: 60 min notice. Day Ahead: notice by 12pm prior day. Events 1-5 hours, max 3 consecutive days.
No penalties for non-response.
