Commercial, industrial, school and Nonprofit customers able to curtail at least 50 kW enroll via TVA to receive payments for measured load reductions.

Key details

Participants contract bilaterally and earn seasonal payments per committed curtailable kW with No auction process.
Enel dispatches events up to 4 hours with 30‑minute advance Notice when TVA forecasts system peaks, for a maximum of 32 hours per year.
Load reduction is measured against a customer baseline within Enel’s platform and seasonal payments are trued up based on actual performance.
