Requires 3-5 year commitments. Term-DLM is for fixed call windows whereas Auto-DLM is for reliability and peak shaving in specific areas.

Term-DLM: 21 hours advance notice for 4-hour events. Auto-DLM: 10 minutes advance notice for 4-hour events.
Contract terms and payment for providers or aggregators will be paid "as bid," meaning economic resources will be paid different prices instead of utilizing a single clearing price.
