C&I customers must reduce a minimum of 20 kW if from a single site or 35 kW if aggregating across sites for at least 3 events. Events typically last 2-4 hours with notifications 4 hours before starting.

Participants can either manually initiate their load reduction plan or automatically do so if having installed a Demand Response Unit (DRU).
