Commercial and industrial customers contract for interruptible demand of at least 500 kW and receive credits.
Key details
Participants receive $5.50/kW-month credits for committed load reduction, with penalties for non-performance.
The utility calls events with at least 90 minutes notice, limited to 60 hours per interruption year.
Settlement is through monthly bill credits minus any failure charges for missed events.
