Large industrial customers with ≥1 MW interruptible capacity contract directly with the utility through PSC-filed agreements.
Key details
Participants receive a $/kW-month credit for qualified interruptible load based on PJM DR requirements.
Utility may test or dispatch curtailments as needed to meet PJM obligations.
Monthly bill credits are applied based on contracted interruptible load and verified performance.
