Residential EV owners in Arkansas can enroll in the off-peak rate and receive a $250 rebate for Level 2 chargers.

No bidding process; participants receive an upfront rebate and lower off-peak rates through a dedicated rate plan.
Charging must occur between 10 PM and 5 AM daily to qualify for reduced pricing.
Advanced meters track off-peak usage and the incentive is applied automatically through bill credits.
